I was able to log in the homepage but when i want to log in the launcher i need the verification code which was sent to email. My problem is that i dont receive any emails on my „main email“ from BSG. My „backup email“ works fine but im not able to log in with that email or change my „main email“. I msged the support 2 weeks ago but still no response. Is there a way to change my email?

@wicked lark Disconnecting does not reset your health to zero. In all cases, you either get killed or you stay in the game. Ive never experienced, nor heard, of anyone ever disconnecting fully like that. Once you're in a raid, you either die or manually disconnect and lose everything.

I have been using 7.62x54 snb ammo and I am hitting all my shots head or chest and the game is registering I am getting the hits in the after action report screen. I am not even doing anywhere near the right amount of damage for my shot count on one player, is this a bug or something because I am landing 5 or 6 hits on one person with it and they simply will not go down and it doesnt matter where I hit them. I've had it happen 4 times in a row today on both pmc and scavs.

Ok so i got the game 3 days ago, and up until today it was running fine with no crashes, but today i started getting these error messages, i checked the forum and one of the mods made a post stating the following
"You can solve this problem with these:

so the last game I hit 5 shots on one person no armor damage and only 238 dmg, but I only shot head and chest, enemy was to close to not hit anything else.
even with low flesh of 75 it still 2 hits thorax and if its stomach it does 1.5 to limbs after being blacked if I'm not mistaken
and I had an accuracy of 1 with hit count of all 5 shots I took so I know I hit every bullet but how did they do that little damage and not kill

You can try to reinstall both the game and the launcher in different locations. I recommend C:\Program Files\BsgLauncher for the launcher and C:\Program Files\EscapeFromTarkov for the game. Make sure to remove any old configs and temporary files.
You can use this simple script to remove those files.

@void minnow I think your code in C++ got written wrong for some reason. You could fix it by getting the healthy code and copy pasting it exactly as its supposed to be in that line. Before doing that I'd check with firewall and give tarkov a special exception, and if that doesn't work and youre not williing to fix the code, reinstalling..

In customs i can't use RUAF Roadblock extraction, i have done over 6 raids in customs for a quest and every time i spawned in the new area of customs and had RUAF, Smuggler boat (wich was never there), bus parking lot and the one at the back of the map. each time i went to smuggler first, saw the fire, go into the area and nothing would happen, then tried RUAF, nothing again and by the time im almost near the bus parcking extraction i get timed out.

Yeah there is... you can track degradations and spikes in disconnects, and then simply not apply the penalty, or retroactively undo it.
It's not hard to figure out automatically that a given server is having an issue, I do it all the time at work as a software engineer.
I'm sure that's on their roadmap

You don't think so? They almost certainly already track incidents as far as server performance/degradation... adding something to undo the penalty on top of that is probably a half day of work for an engineer.

Probably because there's higher priority issues to deal with. I frequently have to choose to let certain issues persist at work because the business demands other stuff gets done immediately. Prioritization is a thing.
I'm sure the EFT devs are competent and are simply prioritizing other issues instead.

They give recompensation in the form of wide scale to everyone because its too much work to go through and find every single person that lost loot

I'm not attacking the devs at all. I'm actually also defending their decision to not pursue this sort of solution, since they already have a working solution (giving stuff to everyone, which has the side effect of making people who weren't affected extra happy), and probably have bigger fish to fry. I was only saying that it's a possible solution.
