So this is probably a far-shot but I dont know where else to post (other then reddit but holding off)... any tech gurus wanting to help diagnose an issue?
So, just randomly starting today I suddenly cant connect to tarkov servers at all. The game loads the raid, acts like its going to work, puts my character in raid and as soon as you would "load in" it just says Server connection lost. On PMC, scav, all maps... Specific servers, Auto servers... you name it.
Offline works perfectly fine. ... I was playing online fine this morning. No major changes to my pc. Then suddenly I just cant connect. All day long. I am at a loss what to do. I have reinstalled. Flushed DNS. Reboot modem router. Uninstall reinstall network adapter driver. Updated my bios. Specifically allowed tarkov through windows firewall (which wasnt an issue before...), Verified integ. Clear cache.
I am an average guy of average intelligence. Are there any gurus in here that would be willing to work with me and give ideas?

Okay so I got it fixed and here is how I did it.
Normal uninstall and reinstall did not work. Firewall issues etc didnt work.
So my logic was a normal uninstall isnt enough. Lets go grab REVOuninstaller and look what the game leaves behind.
Sure enough it was leaving TONS of registry entries and extras. Using revo I removed the left overs and restart the PC.
I also made sure to uninstall the BSG launcher as well with revo. Reinstall launcher and game this way and now my game is fixing.
I assume I had a bunked registry entry and this FULL uninstall and FULL reinstall was able to fix it. If anyone else has these issues give that a try.

if you're into this game and its development, you should at least try to understand the situation

After matching for a bit, "Preparing the game" pops up, followed by "Connecting to server." After a few seconds I get a black screen and a server disconnect error. When I click "okay" it plays to extract music. Once it goes back to the main menu, it says I'm still in the raid and every time I try to reconnect, the same thing happens. I can leave the raid with no penalty on either SCAV or PMC

My friend as of today cannot play the game, every single scav or PMC run he does on any map he gets disconnected right before he spawns in. The game will freeze then fade to black and pop up the "server connection lost". We've tried a VPN (tunnelbear), reinstalling the game, disabling Ipv6 on his computer, changing from dynamic to static IP, adding Google DNS.
Any solutions? At this point it might be an ISP issue? But we're trying to look at over ideas or options.

Is there something fucky going on today? Had a factory pistol run where I shot a guy with no faceshield with a 9mm CCI, saw blood spatter, but then he shot and killed me anyways. No kill on the feed and I have 1 hit for 35 damage. @tranquil yarrow Hey mate, When you move items across in insurance move everything as shown. For example don't fold weapons, take items out of vest and backpacks etc. Thats the solution for this issue. Hope it helps man ❤️

@sonic pewter All that i'm aware of is thats its related to the users connection to the server. Maybe your internet is spiking for a split second causing the issue or the server might be running poorly. Try changing servers if you're in NA. Not really sure man

@vivid briar ez way to fix that is to delete the launcher and its files just he launcher not the game then reinstall and check integrity of the files (does that auto) and its fixed, to prevent this from happening you need to stop force shutting your pc when the game is running etc

Hi i was having the very same issues as this and it has already been mentioned about BT users struggling to get it to download. I am going to try and clarify a few things. When i first downloaded the launcher from the EFT website my BT protect warned me about the installation but i confirmed it and thought nothing of it. THIS IS THE PROBLEM.
First go to your BT account and with some searching you'll find your web protection option. Switch this off. Once this is off delete all traces of the launcher from your files and go back to the install page on the EFT website. Install from there and instead of the BT error message appearing it will install with no hassle (this BT error message must not appear). Then once onto the launcher i just clicked install and didn't change the default path and it is downloading (actual game) for the first time. Hopefully the download goes smoothly and im able to play. Hopefully this is some clarification for the BT users and sorry if this has been repeated but thought id share my findings. 🙂
That's the only fix I know about. But the issue is I live in Australia so we don't have BT as a internet service provider. So I'd have no clue on how to run you through the process of the web protection off.

I'd advise restarting the search if it goes over 10 minutes I normally requeue and you should find a game pretty quick. If that fails try changing servers or adding more servers to your list.

It's like every anti hacker and anti virus software. They can only do so much without people reporting the issue. For example if somebody reports a virus to Norton they can only stop the executable unless they get their hands on the actual coding of the virus. Same thing occurs with Battleeye they can only stop so much they need to get hands on the software to be able to stop it. It's not like they can go boom no more speed hackers or boom no more aim botters* . That's my understanding of it atleast. Thats why they have the reporting system because it's alot easier to ban somebody from just seeing them cheating then trying to ban them by getting the source of the cheats etc.

That's why they also have penetration testers to make cheats so they can stop them before somebody else can create a very similar version

I`m not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but I'll try anyway. I'm currently level24, around what level should I normally go into armor class 5 and big boy guns? Right now I play with class3 armor atleast and a good helmet with mostly a decently modded ak47m. I feel at some point I have to transition into class5 armor and better guns but it feels like a huge investment that copuld bite me.

This isn't really the place it probs would be the #eft-chat or #beginners-chat but I'd say it's not really the level its more your money. I'm currently level 45 and have been using big boy equipment since like level 10. (still have to do a few poor runs to make money) just when you feel confident i guess. - @hollow cedar this or next month for patch 0.12.4 ❤️

@sinful root you don't have to run LABS plus alot of hackers go their so it might turn you off the game. I'd advise just doing a few geared runs on a map you know, I'd also consider doing the therpaist quests to get a T H I I C case which you can sell for 16 mil

wired 350Mbit buddy no game never had any connection issues, tarkov gods just hate me, tried every suggestion in the book including full reinstalls including trace removal

what DNS are you using, also have u checked if you wre not having like connection issues like small spikes that makes u disconnect from the game

try use a static ip on your network card with your router gateway and the dns 1.1.1.1, exampe if the access to your router is like 192.168.1.1 that will be your gateway and your ip you should put something like 192.168.1.50 to avoid any other connections you may have
