I have set tarkov to the lowest settings possible but whenever i aimed down sights or when firefighting starts i just lag like hell, freeze frames, altho it becomes smooth a little while later it becomes a point where i'd die from the freezes, here's what i have:
GTX 970 8GB RAM, i5 4th gen, SSD (4 year old ish PC)

my friends have 1050TI and they can run tarkov without the ADS and firefight lag/stutter/freeze

okay so I bought this game about four weeks ago and didn't have a single issue with it until about a week ago. I launched the game last Tuesday and everything seemed fine until I got into a pmc raid and was only able to play for about 2 minutes before I got a pop up error saying "server connection lost". @kindred orbit re: disc support --> no, this is basically a mental support channel where we get to console each other by pressing F simultaneously whenever the servers die, other than that it's just a name
@vivid briar it does, everything class 5 and above is considered endgame gear since the price of acquisition is so much higher on the flea than at the dealers, and restarting launcher doesn't help atm, but appreciated

lmfaoo @vivid briar yea that is not acceptable. what happened to me was my teamate died in front of me immediatly with no bullet sound being made. then the same thing happened to me. and lastly the final guy on the team got shot through the other side of the building he was behind. this all happened within 5 seconds to a player named "duhast69"

@coral silo That is indicative of someone trying to mess with actual java code. Update your java, restart your computer. If that doesn't work you need to completely remove the game, restart your computer and then reinstall.

Another long shot on the same subject, does anybody know if all BattlEye games look for the same things? It'd be odd if certain games chose not to detect certain things if they were offered but as PUBG, Tarkov, R6 Siege etc all use it, I'm curious to know if they all detect the exact same things (with slight variations for game specific software) - I'm not a cheater, promise!
