Ok. The cause is different on most PCs, something on your friends PC is either scanning or accessing the files. Have him shut down basically anything that's not needed to run the PC or Game, then try again.

I'm afraid the only way to get in contact with a support member would be through the Ticket system or emailing the support email. Most of them have their faces buried in the ticket system at the moment.

In my experiance it comes either from windows security services scanning the file, anti-virus software, things like that.

What it looks like is that your inventory is desynched from the server, run a PMC raid real quick then try again. You don't have to extract, just run a raid.

Try double checking the requirements for L2 illumination and confirming that you've applied all the upgrades, sometimes if you have a upgrade ready but not applied, it'll give you access to the dependant upgrades.

It's got nothing to do with your connection strength. Your issue has the same cause as @queen badge, something in your router is either blocking or throttling the connection to Tarkovs servers.

I suggest either doing a factory restart or DMZing your PCs IP. If you don't know how to do that, please look it up.

I'm fucking upset. I was in a raid on customs full-geared (Not THAT good stuff, only lvl 18. AK-74N and armor + helmet and other stuff). A guy with a DMR shot at me, I killed him with the AK. He was full geared with attack 2 and gen4 armor. Shitty helmet though. So I was moving to dorms, I came across a scav. I aimed at the scav, clicked my mouse and nothing happened. I tried to reload and nothing. For the rest of the raid I couldn't shoot or reload. I checked my mag and chamber it was all fine. I could not shoot at all. I died to another guy due to not being able to shoot. Is there ANY fix for this bug? I tried everything in raid, nothing worked.

You need to contact your email and try and get them to make it so you can log back in, that's the only way you'll be able to do it, cause that's what i had to do

It'd be a lot quicker than asking BSG to disable 2FA because the response times right now are > 10 days

As far as I know your character can't be killed while you're not in the raid, but if you don't reconnect quickly enough you're most likely to lose your stuff @vivid briar

hello, i have been having some issues trying to play my game. My IP was banned from thier servers for trying to login multiple times. I was using an old verification code. Since then, I get a "The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden." Has anyone found a fix for this? I put in a ticket and explained the situation and I believe I just got a blanket email that said servers were busy and I should just wait 5-10 minutes and retry. I didnt get an answer on my IP ban.
