We are in the process of adding more servers to the game, every day, several new regions see new game servers. We will improve the quality of the game in your region.
Try this please:
1- Close the game and the Launcher
2- Go to "C:\Battlestate Games\EFT" or "EFT (live)" and clean cache folder. Also clean temp folder located in "C:\Battlestate Games\Launcher".
3- Go to the following locations:
"C:\Users"YOUR PC NAME"\AppData\Local\Battlestate Games\BsgLauncher\CefCache" and delete all the files/folders inside. Now go to "C:\Users"YOUR PC NAME"\AppData\Roaming\Battlestate Games\BsgLauncher" and delete all the files you find too
5- Run the Launcher with admin rights and select more servers
6- Play the game

@finite inlet wiki can be edited by everyone. I suggest you type the name of the quest in Google and filter by date. Choose the very new ones and follow the steps or.... Play the experience and try to figure it out meanwhile you loot and kill scavengers and players 😊

@rare owl close the game, go to c:/battlestate games/EFT (or EFT live), right most click button on escapefromtarkov.exe and go to compatibility. Choose override dpi and select "application". Click on accept and run the game please

Scenario one: Never use an Hotmail or outlook account. If you wanna change to another email provider you'll must wait aprox 10 days (believe me when i said that we have tons of this situations)

for those on Bt internet, theres a security issue which is not allowing players to download the latest launcher update, log in to your mybt account and temp disable the web protection service, after you have installed the update, re enable the web protection service, not being funny i am with BT internet, worked a charm. now currently playing the game so your choice

@tropic tide I have had that problem, you may already be spawned in but not actually in control. If you DC while awaiting session start after ~5 mins then it may say reconnect. You can restart game to try to reconnect sooner if this is the case

honestly best decision is letting devs figure out the problem and checking the servers tomorrow, its been 3-4 hours since I first noticed the problem and by taking that info and the fact that devs hasn't notified us about anything may suggest the problem will take another few hours or all night. got this and disconnected from server for 30 minutes straight. connected a couple times but immediately disconnected again until i starved to death..... first time this happened about 30 minutes earlier, i was able to reconnect 30 minutes after, and run to extract at 9 fps
