Drop the beta excuse. This game relies on servers to function. If the server consistently go down, then that needs to be addressed. How are you supposed to beta test when the servers are always down? A beta is quiet simply the second phase of software testing in which a sampling of the intended audience tries the product out. They are hiding behind the label of beta to give excuses for this piss poor experience. This is what I would call an Early Access game at this point. They were not prepared for what was to come after the big Twitch push.

There are 2 ways this goes 1. they limit flat out implement a limiter and a Q so you have to wait to join the game and people bitch about wait times but you get stability or 2. you DEAL WITH IT some of us have been here for years my dude and before the "twitch boom" server issues were only here and there, it is hard for an independent game development company to adjust to big shocks

@tiny birch the flaw in your argument is that they have not picked an A or a B problem. So the wait times have been long AND the servers crash. So the customer experience is extremely narrow. If its a beta, then that means testers are able to test. Load issues are a thing, but easily resolved given time and money. And they have had both.

What I do mind is when the development fucked up so badly that there has been constant weekend backend errors for weeks now. not like it just started, and now as a person who purchased the game, all I want to do is log on and download my game that I purchased. @mild crescent try reinstalling or checking integrity from the launcher to fix the crashing, also if it persists maybe try rolling your graphics drivers back to the previous version. The frame rate makes sense for your setup, but your friend getting such high* frames with a crappier graphics card is because he runs at incredibly low settings. Now @unreal heart that's surprising, I have a 2070 and get 85ish average fps, you should be getting more for sure.

Yeah this happened to me this morning too. Got into a constant DC loop server. decided to just confirm the leave. menu goes blank with endless loading. Alt+F4. Try loading the game up again. get the "Unable to connect to game" Error Hit "OK" then just an Endless

Hey, does anyone else have the problem with the workbench, where you're making the 200 SP-6 ammunition. It says it needs x1 Gunpowder Eagle, x60 7.62x39 HP and x1 Xenomorph foam. However, when I try to start it, the requirements now say 60 gunpowder Eagle, 60 xenomorph foam and 3600 rounds of the HP. Help?

@mystic walrus it randomly happens during the raids. Some days I get 0 crashes, today I´ve gotten about 3 per raid. Game runs smoothly on 100 FPS until it freezes suddenly, 10 seconds later the game crashes with an Unity error and I am back on the desktop. Notably my windows is bricked afterwards as well, and I usually have to pull the power supply to be able to even restart the computer. I definetly know it is caused by the CPU, and I´ve seen multiple people with 9700k report the very same issue 😦

@unique heath I've had it give me back the kit went in with when the server dies. Like it doesn't do it through insurance or anything, just once the 'reconnect' thing is gone, your PMC will automatically have the same kit that you had before you went in.

1- Close the game and the Launcher
2- Go to "C:\Battlestate Games\EFT" or "EFT (live)" and clean cache folder. Also clean temp folder located in "C:\Battlestate Games\Launcher".
3- Run the Launcher with admin rights and select more servers
4- Play the game

It’s from cyber power. I lost my disk that came with it that had windows on it and I just got an ssd because me hdd fried (Barracuda Compute 2TB 7200 rpm). Anyways, I have a USB flash stick with windows on it and when I plug it in, I can’t find it in bios anywhere and it keeps saying “disc boot failure. Insert system disc and then press enter” but my USB is in my pc and as I said I can’t find it in bios, maybe I’m not looking in the right spots or maybe my motherboard is too old for flash? I don’t really get how it could be too old though, it’s from 2012 and flash drives were introduced late 2000s. I know that I don’t know a lot about computers and there is no reason to be rude to me when replying to this message, thank you to anybody who will actually try to help me, I really appreciate it.

@tawny viper Our technicians know how to solve the issue but believe me when I say it's a little more complicated than press a couple of buttons. On the other side of you have an EUR copy of the game...you can enjoy the server you want. I don't recommend VPN to play.be me

Went and uninstalled the game and launcher completely.. completely disabled all firewalls. i click on install BSG Launcher on the site and it gives me error 404. Reset my winsock, changed my ip. It has to be serverside no?

At the moment, the important amount of new players to the game causes various server issues, such as high matching time or latencies.
We are in the process of adding more servers to the game, every day, several new regions see new game servers. We will improve the quality of the game in your region.
Try this please:
1- Close the game and the Launcher
2- Go to "C:\Battlestate Games\EFT" or "EFT (live)" and clean cache folder. Also clean temp folder located in "C:\Battlestate Games\Launcher".
3- Go to the following locations:
"C:\Users"YOUR PC NAME"\AppData\Local\Battlestate Games\BsgLauncher\CefCache" and delete all the files/folders inside. Now go to "C:\Users"YOUR PC NAME"\AppData\Roaming\Battlestate Games\BsgLauncher" and delete all the files you find too
5- Run the Launcher with admin rights and select more servers
6- Play the game

1- link your twitch account to your profile in BSG web
2- open your favourite web browser and watch BSG channel
3- if you earn a drop, this one goes right to your "messages" in game (like your insurance stuff)

@amber breach I was in a raid and the server had mega issues, constant disconnects every time I rejoined etc. Both of my team-mates I loaded in with got all their kit back after the server died etc, but I didn't. My PMC got deserter status and none of my gear is reset. I took a OBS recording of the incident. Am I able to get my kit back if I show you this?

i will say Server Connection Lost is a user error, and I will agree that the state of the servers are probably exaggerating said problem.

so yeah TECHNICALLY server connection lost is a connection issue between you and the server, but with the backend issues i'm guessing people are having this issue even when their "connection issue" is extremely minimal.

I’ve been a Tarkov players for 3 years now and I really enjoy the game. Now with the increased popularity of this game I love it more then ever
I’ve have been playing Tarkov for 3 years on my laptop the specs are: Nvidia 1050 TI intel core i7 and 18 Gigabytes of RAM. I’m not really into computers or how they work but I run the game on 40 FPS and Frequently drops to 10 every minute or so idk what to do. The My laptop is well beyond the minimum specs for Tarkov and it is starting to frustrate me. There is a video by F focus on youtube, Just type in escape from tarkov standby memory and it should be the first one. You should only do what the video says IF your standby memory is taking up to much space and you have no free memory. My fps went up by 40 after I did this method.

I bumped to 32gb ryzen 1700 2080 super... I think I hit around 100 ish pretty steady. Nikita said to turn the fps monitor off.. ALSO TURN OFF NVIDIA EXPERIENCE OVERLAY. made mine not take a crap all the time after turning off overlay

Okay so, i started playing tarkov again after a long time 3 days ago. The first day , everything was running smoothly, the game is a bit heavy on my system but everything is fine no overheats no nothing. Second day every time i try to join litterally anything , the game makes my entire pc stutter like crazy both audio and visual. Lobby and menus are fine. I cleaned my machine thouroughly made some more space in my SSD but still the third day (today) the game makes my pc stutter everytime i join any map. Settings are on the lowest. Whats annoying is the goddamn fact that first day is fine then it goes downhill for no apparent reason

i know i don't need a pc upgrade. nothing is over heating either. i have them both watercooled. no other game does this except tarkov. so its an issue with tarkov. i even uninstalled and reinstalled the game this morning and nothing helped it.

@rare warren I also heard that however it will keep the game running smooth and your rig allows. If your out of ideas i recommend turning it on, restart the game and leave it enabled and see if it helps.

@rare warren It's impossible for me to say why that guys game stutters but mine barely ever does. I could make assumptions here but it could happen because of lots of reasons. I personally upgraded my machine when I had lots of issues with performance and had no problems since.
And like... you even said yourself that your machine struggles with Tarkov and in the next sentence you ask why your game is not working smoothly.

@rare warren If it was fine the first day then started to perform bad, sounds like a build up in your raam cache, which is what the auto raam cleaner is there for, it wont work instantly when turned on

Hi every one i just installed the launcher. For some reason it won't make me install the game: i select the folder (F\ in my case) and it says that the folder is not empty ecc. After that i click continue but it won't start the installing process. Thanks for your attention

SAM has just one server and it drops all the time... which pushes us to play on NA servers.. but thats neither fair with us from SAM nor with NA players. The lag impacts on everybodys's gameplay and ends up making everybody frustrated

@tacit torrent I assume they probably dont have a queue system for joining, or if they do they have a timeout set which is what is kicking me out. So if you get lucky it will prob let you in. But 3 times is enough for me.
