What it seems like the issue is for you @burnt folio is something about your router doesn't like getting connections from BSGs servers. What a DMZ does is that it isolates your PC from your Routers rules.

So just look up a guide on how to DMZ yourself, and to find your internal IP open up a command prompt and type IPconfig. It should be 'IPv4 Address' under the Ethernet Adapter entry.

@feral finch first of all thank you for your patience and understanding and now let's see, if you are not running heavy apps in the background like torrent programs, any software for upload/download files, your AV haves an exception for the "battlestate games" folder and you have a rules for the game in your firewall...I'm starting to think that this is an ISP or a server problem.
Can you check all the servers you can with an maximum of 100 ping?

After I came back I restarted the game and now I am back in my stash while all my stuff is saved on me.. It's like I even didn't enter the raid in first place. The items are not insured tho.. But I guess my game working now.. for now 🙂

run the launcher with Admin if that doesnt work. Go to your search bar and type battlestate right click and open file location delete the whole folder. type battle state in search again to make sure you have delete all the folders then reinstall the launcher and run it with admin. That should fix it

If you go to your character and click tasks at the top, you'll see you have a quest item inventory
You can stash quest items if there are multi-step quests that need you to do things with them, that way you can do raids in between steps of a certain quest. For checking in particular, all you have to do is grab it and extract with it then give it to the dealer

Can anyone explain to me why i am losing my money... I insure my gear before raid and watch it deduct from my total... I then drag 20k into my docs case and deploy on raid but when in raid my docs case is either empty or down to like 3.5-5.5k... i know for fact i paid for insurance before hand and even so it was nowhere near enough to drain my 20k... has happened 5x and i have just lost 100k...

Hi ive tried to pre order the game a few times and my paypal and cards keep getting declined. has anyone else had this issue? I tried last week and today with no luck

How old are you? What kind of card do you have? Do you actually have money on the card?
Here in Denmark children can get cards but those cards can't be used for online purchases.

Not entirely, your inventory is desynched from the server. Run a raid with your PMC as is then the error should go away.
