Keep getting errors during the install, ussually every 500Mb or 1Gb. Gives me the option to retry or close. I did the retry message and babysat the launcher hitting it every time till it finished. Then it errored during the check and said the files didnt match. At that point all i could do is just try to install again, which im doing now.

My game keeps crashing and I don't exactly know why? I load into reserve and I crash two times trying to connect to the game, then I restart my computer, get into reserve run around for about 5 minutes, then the game hard crashes, including the launcher, and my resolution is all fucked up. loading and matchmaking arent the same thing, when it says loading map thats your hardware loading assets, when it says matchmaking thats the game finding a server to drop you in, having more servers selected means higher lag but faster game connect times

My game locked up for 5+ minutes while I was flipping though the menus in game. I shut down my computer and started it back up. I was prompted to log back in to my Tarkov account, but I couldn't remember my password since I had been logged in since I bought the game a few weeks ago.
I went through the password reset process, but when I enter my new password that I created during the reset process, I am still prompted with the password being incorrect.

In the client you can't slecr to play on a server over a certain ping threshhold. So if using a VPN allows you to bypass that AND gives a player some kind of advantage, then this would be a form of cheating.

its not a bug you encounter with the wallet i guess - i admit its not nice, but what i could say is that it just deducts money you have on inventory if you pay insurance
so, pay insurance for all equipment, then do not enter raid, check money again, escape from tarkov

Yes but QoL is very far from being achieved now.. also in terms of Achievements griding that is all based on "fund us" with your money while what generates money and allows them to get low interest rate loans and investors backing is OUR GAMING time.. the entire QoL factor is interweaved with all these things and others... I really hope that server resets stop deleting the entire achivements because I will not play this game more after the next reset.. it's becomes a realistic arcade, so I hope they will move to release or respect the time and value it the time we put in it

When I try to load the game, it takes an average of 12 minutes to load, then i get into the game for ~2 seconds then i get disconnected for ''connection timed out'' or ''anticheat failed to connect'' (or something similar). <@&521631248536305664> . I tried with full low, and it looks awful, its worse than cs 1.6, i just can't play, but having my textures to high kinda helped, used more gpu than cpu. That shouldn't be the problem. I tried playing with full low and its the worst experience I ever had, all I could without lagging is to walk. Shooting/aiming/zooming/firing lagged me out.

That PC affect computer. Try to put opengl file to EFT directory and game will block that file from this folder. I tried 5 different opengl files from people which can play EFT. In my case, the anti-cheat still blocking that file, no matter that other people playing with that. How broken is that?

you have auto selected as your default server selection on the Launcher correct? also if are squading it takes server selection from the squad leader so if they have only 1 server selected you can get shafted like that.

Hey there, im having an issue where the battlestate launcher crashes my PC when i click the play button. I have tried clean uninstall/reinstall and when trying to launch the game from the EFt.exe the game launches and gives me a 201 error i imagine this is due to the launcher not being used.

to solve the issues of wait etc u need to select the best 4- 7 servers not just one nor auto, and then you had that issue because u had the patch like me that was "rolled back".
so the game was matching us with the remanent people that had it on

I wish here there were, ok, protests, but especially tricks on how to solve things that some people of course might encounter.. instead there is not much that. what I mean is TROUBLESHOOTING Best practices and FAQ answers etc..

@vivid briar fix infrastructure first then sort out in game issues... thats how you retain the loyal player base that essentially made the game, without us loyal players they would not have the game they have today. I already select servers, and have been playing for over a year and half. It's great that it has blown up in the past two-three months due to exposure, but they knew this was coming so they should have proportionately increased the infrastructure around the game and their datacentre. Yet they blame ISPs, etc, etc.
Very boring when they can't comprehensively manage what they created, its not an easy task no, but money can buy things. It seems they don't want to spend with the ever increasing downtime and server related issues.
They are a record stuck on repeat it seems, same answers, same problems. That in theory aren't at all hard to fix with the right money in the right place, and for the sheer amount of EOD purchasers they could come up with a better solution than they are currently providing 🙂

"super bullet spongy" sure m8 I got one tapped 7 times last night. Either stop using 400k armor or use better ammo that's why you find it arcadey. @vivid briar Sounds like you should make one 😉 There is also an issues FAQ on the website but noone uses it.

@devout vigil exactly, i think the game play is fairly decent at the moment, the game is nearly flawless (every game will have its bugs and glitches, because code is susceptible to this, just like human genetics make people retards), its the infrastructure behind it that is failing majorly and needs to be addressed asap to keep the loyal players. He hasn't got much to say now...

I have recently noticed a large FPS drop in my gameplay over the past few days following an update I performed to my Nvidia Drivers, this was amazingly the first time I updated in 1 YEAR.
Since then, the game is taking up far more of the CPU Power, and I have had very low fps, previously I had a minimum of 40+ on all maps, now I can drop as low as 10 on maps like interchange...
Anyone else experienced this if so, any advice?

@dusk cedar Try checking your bindings. @stoic prairie I'd suggest try rolling back to the driver before the latest. Is it a beta driver?
