What you have to do is disable antivirus' and download it, and then you have to go to properties and open properties, go to security, and give it full control. You have to do that for the battlestate games folder and for the launcher (program launcher). Then you should be able to install Escape From Tarkov without a problem.

the only way i was able to download that temp file was because i caught it right after it finished downloading and right before it finished doing the hash check

I parsed the logs from SFC and DISM and noted the only damaged *.dll file was in an older .NET framework. I got this game last night and was able to do offline raids no problems but once I tried going online it kept freezing when I went to customs at loading map 95%, and when I went into factory the game kept freezing once every few seconds and wouldn’t revert until I tanned out and back in, I’ve cleared game cache and even uninstalled and re installed but it didn’t fix the issue at all, is there something I can do to fix this issue?

But on online mode I can't run this game on more than 40 fps without stutters - full low settings.
