I was engaging some scav raiders and I was in cover behind some wall and I noticed my character was slowly receiving damage eventhough there was no shots or anything. And then my scav keeled over and died from a scav raider. I assume the damage receiving is due to the server desyncing?

Ive also got a 650W PSU but even with my GPU in Boost Lock it (pc) consumes 579W. I have a 24in 75Hz monitor. When going by GE (GeForce Experience) recommended settings, which is basically maxed out I very rarely get 75frames. Even with my PC tuned back to 60Hz I'm barely able to keep 60 frames stable. I'm aware that the game isn't quite optimized to it's fullest, but this still seems absurd. Does EFT run better on intel? I'm not interested in hearing speculation from fanboys of either side, intel or AMD. I'm planning on doing some changes soon, and potentially "downgrading" to a gtx 1080ti since Raytracing seemed to be more of a scam than I thought.
What are peoples specs? What are you average frames? I've seen plenty of streamers getting >100 fps on average, even with the game still looking gorgeous. What's the secret?
