Um I just completed Gunsmith pt3 and insider quest from Mechanic, after I revive the reward, there's an error and all the reward were gone, i lost nearly 1000euros and same thing happened to my insurance as well, they just disappear after i drag them to my stash

okay, I'm using high texture medium shadow and other than big maps like shoreline or reserve, which I get 40-50 fps, I get 60 but on online I have a lot of stutter

I'm afraid the only way to get your EOD upgrade finished is to e-mail Support@battlestategames.com.
If you've already sent an e-mail, it'll take them some time to respond since they've gotten even busier due to all the new users.

For you guys, I'd suggest manually selecting servers through the launcher until you find more stable ones. Some servers are still a little fussy due to the ongoing server upgrades.

the best thing i can think of is this: 1: reboot game, 2: check for updates then close launcher and then reboot, 3: choose a server closest to you with the lowest ping and pick acouple of server with lower or even ping (i know ping will always have ups and downs), and 4: you could re-install but i would try the things above before that

Anyone know much about fixing long load times? I've moved EFT to an SSD, but my load times are still significantly longer than my friend who also has the game on an SSD. I've noticed during loading that the game hangs and windows warns me it's "Not responding" almost always when the "Loading map" process gets to 100%. Loading map and loot, and creating loot pools seems to be what takes the most time.

if you tab out of the game at all while its loading it'll give the not responding prompt. happens to be alot and I saw it happen with streamers as well, that part is fairly common.

I got my ip blocked for unusual traffic, this was a result because of me trying to fix an issue with confirmation codes not being sent in my email, so I had to refresh and brute force to get an email sent.

A friend of my has 6 minute load times for raids. He doesn't know what's wrong, he has it on a SSD, he reinstalled, he only has good ping servers near him selected.
We have tried clearing cache and messing with graphics settings. I load in within 2 minutes.

Can anyone at me some help for improving FPS on an older computer? I got a 8gb RAM, GTX 1050 4gb, and AMD FX-8300 which is a little dated. @sonic moss when moving a file like that you should always uninstall/reinstall in the new place
it might work by just moving the files, but any path variables will be jacked up and might cause a ton of bugs in-game and you'll probably end up having to re-install it regardless

it seems every day around the same time queue times get ridiculous due to high traffic and low number of servers.. they can't handle the # of players trying to play at one time
