Hi, this is driving me crazy.
I'm having 25 fps in the menu. Gpu utilizsation 100%, I think it only uses PCI 1x instead of 16x. Twice I solved the problem, running 120fps in the factory. And twice the problem came back.
First I updated all the drivers i could, and it worked for a while. Second time I installed a chipset driver, and it worked. But i don't know, maybe it's something else.. still doesn't work

The launcher will NOT send a confirmation code to my email. There is NO PROBLEM sending mail from the website. I have gotten plenty of mail from the website in the form of "email change verifications", "password resets" and even the recent "gifts time" emails. I have whitelisted both no-reply@escapefromtarkov.com and support@battlestategames.com. I have also tried waiting hours (days now) for an email, running the program as administrator, checking my spam, restarting my computer, turning off ALL firewalls, and disabling UAC, ect...

@vivid briar that's a known issue, but I don't know when there will be a fix for that. You can try to make sure not too much is running in the background and check your network connection. Doing an integrity check and clearing your cache using the launcher can't hurt.

so im playing with my settings for better fps. turned graphics to high for more gpu usage rather then cpu right. ill first load in on customs with 100-120 frames. start running around and eventually il lget a frame drop, my gpu usage drops from 80 to 40-50 along with my frames down to 60ish. i dont even know anymore lol

Hi, I've been having trouble with tarkov and was hoping I could get some help. Whenever I try loading into a game, I get an error saying "server connection lost". On top of this, whenever I try loading into shoreline or interchange my game just crashes and I get a unity error. My internet is fine and so is my pc, I only have this problem with tarkov. I would say only the region you purchased it from. However, the servers are moreso ping locked. You cant select a server that has oveer 150 ping, but I play with my EU friends sometimes with ping OVER 150 when THEY host.

Im getting 35% cpu usage during tarkov on 1080p max settings on a 2080 and a i9 9900k and lower frames than people with lesser setups on lower settings. Pushing to 1440p very slightly pushes the cpu usage and going to 2160p drops it down to 15-20%.

Dropping a few settings produces a bit more fps but most settings when i drop will cause more of a lag because the cpu usage drops.

Use Wireshark and find out the IP you are connecting to for the DL, then go call your ISP and ask why TF they are throttling access to it. Only do this if all other Internet related activities are working as usual

I find that accusing ISP of throttle usually gives you their Max speed available within 5 minutes of talking to Management......

That particular error is caused by a interruption between you and the game server. I'd suggest a complete power cycle of your router and modem.

I had that too, "easiest" way to resolve it was to plug in usb drive and give it same letter as previous path, create the same folder (albeit empty) to avoid error and then uninstall/reinstall 😄

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\EscapeFromTarkov and set the correct path to your installation there, so you can uninstall

Hit your windows key and type in "Battlestate". It should show the launcher. Right click the entry and click "Open file location" and send a screenshot of that folder.
