I also recall reading a thread where certain hardware setups are unable to send their HWIDs in for verification, I'm currently trying to find it again to try and get you settled.
Most of the players I know get their Emails through Yahoo, so if you make an account, change over your E-Mail and are still unable to get your confirmation email then we know what the issue is.

Things like that.
And play around with the auto ram cleaner, core affinity and window mode settings ingame.
Make sure to disable texture streaming as well.

Could try resetting them to default under Settings > Apps > Default Apps and hitting "Reset to default" (might need some translation interpretation since my windows is in Dutch); Just remember any app you changed would need to be redone aswell

Paypal does have a few issues with Xsolla, but if your bank declines it the payment system doesn't say so. It just says 'failed', I got the same thing when I initially tried to buy Tarkov.

Lowest settings just shunts everything to software rendering, you'll want medium+ to get decent frames, also the game is still very much under construction.

I have an issue with my game not launching... I start the launcher and press the button to start the game then it starts and i see the first loading screen for 5 seconds. As long as your OS drive has your RAM size available, plus 1-2 GB, you're fine to run Tarkov off of it.

I was unable to heal in my last game. Tried 3 different healing items, all got stuck in animation. Surgical kit also finished but didnt repair limb. Scavs from all over the map was rushing at me, draining my ammo. I was able to get away and google, read something about reconnecting, so I disconnected and that apparently is suiciding. What do I do in this situation in the future if it happens again?

Had the same bug happen to me, killed a guy, got shot by another guy in the leg, healed the leg, then couldn't heal anymore. Died from starvation in the end as I couldn't make it to the extract in time. Tried drinking, eating, and all the different meds I had available, all got stuck in an endless animation.

There are certain issues that are in fact BSG fault, but honestly most connection issues in Tarkov come from awkward or non-standard network enviroments.

Scav kills will register next raid, happened to me a lot when i started playing, and if your loot ever doesn't come with you when you leave raid make sure you move EVERYTHING possible from your body to your stash and then there will be an error that will fix it, if you don't move everything then you will not get your items back from the scav raid
