@unborn briar your brother can try to reinstall both the game and the launcher in different folders and disable the Antivirus or things like backup and sync software.
I recommend C:\Program Files\BsgLauncher for the launcher and C:\Program Files\Escape from Tarkov for the game.

every time i try to load into a raid it freezes and crashes at 65% when loading loot, i have tried use physical cores only on and off, auto ram cleaner on and off, fullscreen, windowed and borderless modes, countless restarts of game, launcher and pc, re seated ram and m.2 ssd which game is on, cleared cache and checked game integrity multiple times and am still getting the issue, anyone else had an issue similar to this or got any ideas? when the game crashes it also causes several other applications to crash such as discord

It's always been a little bit of an issue for tons of reasons, if you ever go over 3-4 minutes, hop out of que and hop back in.

Unless you've reset recently, you can do so through your profile page. Otherwise I don't have the ability to reset accounts. Though I would reccomend not using PSO over PST.

I purchased the Edge of Darkness Edition which was an upgrade to my other edition of the game. Then I reset my profile, closed the game and logged back in. However, when I went back into the game it did not recognize that I had bought the Edge of Darkness Edition. So now I don't have the ability to reset my profile anymore, and the Edge of Darkness Edition is finally recognized by my game, I am not able to resent my profile and I'm stuck on a fresh wipe of my other edition of the game. I have already lost all my stuff as I had to wipe my profile once and did not receive the Edge of Darkness Edition after I reset it. And now, I cannot wipe it again now that I recognized by my game and I'm stuck, not having received anything from the package that I just purchased and on a fresh wipe up an addition which I've already upgraded from. If you guys could please help me with this will be a great help as I really looking to get this fixed because love the game and respect that you guys are busy. Thank you for your time.

well i DC in a raid on interchange, lost some goods. now game wont fully open. gets to the loading player profile screen and just has the loading circle. been like that for a couple hours. a timeout error also opens in the background. reset router, reset pc and checked everything. isp is fine 60 down 20 up. and now the launcher is getting stuck on the three dots around the planet black background.
not even getting the timeout error now just dead loading screen. game started to let me do two scav runs after 10 hours. still randomly getting activation or timeout errors as a pmc or sitting in stash screen.

I have a Ryzen 7 3700X, a 2080 Super, 16GB DDR 3200, and it's installed on an SSD.

Yes but you're getting inconsistant frames, that may be one of the causes.

It's not, like, frame timings, it's that sometimes I'll start the game and load into a map and it'll run like a dream, and sometimes I'll start and it'll run like crap.
But I'll give it a shot.
Not like you have to reboot to turn off a GPU OC.
I've turned off my OC and I'm restarting the game just to be sure.
I also do make sure to hit save on my settings when I start a raid to make sure that SMT is off.
Okay, turning off OC did not help, it made it worse.
Lost about 15 FPS.

it's a server/engine issue
my physical memory usage has never gone above ~60% while playing and i still get them. same % with gpu memory
although i will say with 0.12 they are much fewer and far between, and the actual stutter lasts about half as long in my experience.

just a friendly reminder if some people are having issues with loading into maps. remember to dump your cache by left clicking the top right of the launcher that states your name you will see the dump cache by the bottom of the list. Also some thing that helps with memory leak or low ram is a memory cleaner that scrubs your ram to allow it to be used more frequently instead of getting overloaded.

went from just needing 15000 euros to now needing 15000 euros + 4 military cables + 2 phase array relays + 4 military power filters for hideout how's that fair when everyone else just had 15000 euros think should reset other players hideout to make it even or have them fine the extra items have the solar panel work wow
