PSA to ALL PLAYERS: There is an error that says something to the affect of "error moving items". It can happen after raids when you're trying to transfer loot. When it happens, anything found in raid appears to be gone, leaving you with only your starting gear. You can wait x amount of minutes without continuing through to the main menu, where x is just however long it takes for the server to throw an error, and it will eventually fix itself. If you don't want to wait, make sure EVERYTHING OF VALUE is in your rig or your backpack. You can transfer those seemingly empty containers to the stash and you will have whatever was in them, but you have zero way of transferring items that were in your pockets, so extremely valuable stuff ALWAYS goes in containers until they fix this issue. This is especially important on scav runs, where space is limited. ❤️

I played in Standard (test code gift) until yesterday, then yesterday I decided to buy the EOD. Well on the site I see that I have the EOD, even on the launcher and also on the ingame chat I see the crown, but ... I always have the standard stash and the standard edition kit. How can I solve it? Until this morning they said they had problems (Battlestate), then they tweeted that they had solved but in reality they didn't solve anything. What exactly do you mean with that? If you buy EOD, for example, you will "only" get 0.2 rep for each trader, which is just enough for LL2.

"Reset profile" does what it says. It resets your game character, which includes your stash, progress etc.
