Open up a command prompt window (Win+R, type CMD or Start->Command Prompt) and type 'wmic csproduct get uuid' you should see a value be returned.
If you get an error then you need to repair WMI
The automatic method is to run 'Windows Repair' at www.tweaking.com open it up get to the repairs section, untick everything except 'Repair WMI' then click start repairs

If you want to do this manually
Open an administrative command prompt. Start->search for 'cmd' right click and choose 'Run as Administrator'
Type the following commands...
net stop winmgmt | (You may get a warning about other services closing, type 'y' then enter)
ren %windir%\system32\wbem\repository repositoryX
net start winmgmt
cd %windir%\system32\wbem
for /f %s in ('dir /b *.mof') do mofcomp %s
for /f %s in '(dir /b en-us*.mfl') do mofcomp en-us%s
Now once again try and run 'wmic csproduct get uuid' from a command prompt window. You should get a valid result being returned
If so, you should now be able to run the tarkov launcher, sign in and finally receive your Device ID email!
If you still get an error try one or more of the following
Firstly try restarting the computer if you havn't already done so after running the above
Open an administrative command prompt and run 'sfc /scannow' wait for it to complete and restart the computer
Run the 'windows repair' tool above, also choose repair options 1-8. Restart the computer afterwards
Uninstall the Battlestate Games Launcher. Then open a normal cmd window (not administrative) and type
rd /s /q "%localappdata%\Battlestate Games"
rd /s /q "%appdata%\Battlestate Games"
Now download the launcher again and run it. You'll have to download the entire game again

Um well I have Mediacom I am in Southeast US My friends who also has this issue is in Canada, Oregon, and New York.
but its ONLY that single map. Reserve, Customs, Factory you name it they all work fine. it just seems that every time we go into Shoreline it bugs out. Like just now we were there and I shot a guy. My friend who was looking up the stairs said there was anouther guy and started shooting. I turn around and don't see anything Then I lose a leg to an invisible grenade. Only 1 of the group of 4 saw this other guy. Then I crashed this was after I went invisible for one of our party and he went invisible for me as well.

Sadly, I am not too familiar with all the network crap all those "we are smart and make things 'easy' by limiting users and just giving them a 'modern' UI!" companies, so you should probably contact your provider. All your issues are most likely caused by the Plume thing blocking stuff, so you need to get access to it and check if you can change any filter rules or something like that.

Okay so, I have been having a problem with Tarkov for the past week or two. I am having a rainbow of issues. Of which I will list.

I get stuck in the loading screen with the "Player data loading..." thing forever sometimes and requires multiple launcher restarts to actually get my profile to load in game. Sometimes when I launch the game nothing even pops up on the bottom to say the game is loading, just leaving me with a blank background and nothing else, aka the tree background.

Authorization Error Message, I get this message mid-raid sometimes and it has caused me more pain and grief than I have ever known. This is by far the most annoying thing because I have lost so much damn roubles to this problem.
Please, I have tried much of everything. I've verified game files, done a re-install, and even changed my password for the authorization error thing just in case. Please shout me an text on discord...

@haughty stone you will most likely run into issues. Tarkov has a lot of issues with weak CPU's and low RAM right now, sadly.

Many issues like that are caused by either router or PC network configuration issues. If you know how, check your router for lost packets. Otherwise try resetting your router, flushing your DNS, or changing your DNS server altogether.

What happened was that i was trying to login to my tarkov account about 5 months ago but i forgot my password so i tried resetting it but i never got an email. Later on i tried again and it worked so i changed it to the one password i have now so i tried to login after i changed the password. When i tried to login it didn't work and i got that message so since then i haven't been able to login on the website but i can still login in the launcher but when i do that i can't see my profile picture but i can still play the game.
Is there any fix for this? Or is it supposed to say this because i wan't to upgrade my account so i have a bigger stash in game. I've gotten this message for at least 5 months now and it doesn't go away!

I don't know about anything relating to purchase of the game unfortunately. That's handled strictly by BSG and their support team. The best and really only option at the moment is to wait for a reply from BSG. Sorry.
As for the move items, have you tried relaunching the game @dull maple ? there's a known move error bug that sometimes fixes itself after restarting the game

So I came across an interesting bug in a scav raid today; went into a scav raid, got looted up, had a second gun etc. then went to extract. While in extraction I lost server connection and it just booted me back to the menu without being able to transfer loot and with a scav cooldown. When I went into my next scav after the cooldown I spawned in with all the loot I had at the end of the previous raid. 😂

After you've fully dehydrated and completed that part of the quest I believe the way to fix it is to complete a non-run through raid.

Hello, I've recently been getting a desync issue where everybody just runs in place indefinitely and I don't disconnect from the server. In order to fix this issue I have to reconnect to the raid. Afaik I only seem to have these kind of issues in Tarkov and not any other games so I’m having a hard time figuring out a solution. Is there anything that I might have setup wrong or is there a port I could forward?

Uninstall Tarkov and the launcher then go to your My Documents folder and delete the 'Escape from Tarkov' folder. Then install a program called CCleaner and run it in registry mode, finally reinstall everything and boot up the game.
