You should contact the support and mention the website and seller, so they can take care of it. Either via email or the modmail bot.
@vivid briar there are two scripts to install/uninstall the anticheat in your Escape from Tarkov > BattlEye folder you can try to use. Otherwise delete a random "level(number)" file in your Escape from Tarkov > EscapeFromTarkov_Data folder and do an integrity check using the launcher.

Just a heads up for people in germany: There are country-wide DNS server issues right now that result in A LOT of websites not being available, possibly including EFT stuff. I don't know much about the issue yet, though using different DNS servers, including servers located all around the world, doesn't solve the issue, sadly.

You can try to select different servers in the server list and check if it helps, of course.

because the launcher is separate from the actual game, but attempting to start the launcher from C drive when it was originally on E drive will tell you that it needs to be started from E drive, because thats where it was installed

Though.. I'm trying something where I copy and paste the game onto the other drive and then change the installation path to the new drive.

yeah that'll work but you have to do a reinstall of the launcher
the core game files can stay but the launcher needs to be reinstalled because of the aforementioned issues that wont let you launch the game

nothing game breaking, and im sorry if this sounds like im talking down to you
so if you copy and paste all the files from one drive to another, youll be fine. Go into the launcher and set the game directory and temp directory and you will be set there, now you go delete the files from the old drive BUT because the launcher was installed on that drive, it will not launch from the new one. So you have to goto control panel, uninstall the launcher (dont worry it will be separate from the game) and then reinstall the launcher onto the new drive, which you would just goto the tarkov site and download, then the launcher will install, it will update itself because the current one online is outdated, and it may ask for you to set the preinstalled game directory
afterwards youre all set

You could also have the launcher and game on two separate drives if you wanted but I prefer keeping everything together

Scaves need to be fixed, because when they are engaged with a player they ignore all other players it seems even when they are right next to them. They will still fire at the first player that aggroed. This isnt a MMORPG where Aggression Tanking is a thing.
Also Silenced weapons vs loud the scav still seems to know where it comes from, and completely ignores the loud weapon

Could really be an issue with Verizon. I know many people here in germany have issues with "Vodafone" right now as well, which is partnered with Verizon or something like that iirc. Maybe the update of the website just caused the issues to start happening for Tarkov as well.

Anyone know of a bug with scavs where you just lose the loot in the raid and it says the kills that you got earlier as a scav. Just had a raid where I had 3 tetriz's spawn in techlight. I got out with it all and it said I gained 3k xp for killing 5 scavs, 4 with a akms and 1 with an adar with timing that do not match the raid. I did get those kills but as a scav earlier in the day. I lost the loot as it took the loot away and replaced it with what I entered the scav raid with. I don't know why this bug has happened but I feel slightly butthurt for being scammed out of 410k 😦

For my glitch, if your items reset back to the scav starting items then wait for the 228 error and you will get your items back
