Hi, i'm currently having an issue logging into my account for EFT.

I was able to log in earlier today multiple times just fine, but a few hours ago the launcher logged me out and when I tried to log back in again it said my username/pass (which I had just logged in with this morning) were invalid.

I tried using my email instead of my user, I tried going through all my different passwords thinking I had forgotten mine, nothing. Then I went to the EFT site to try and reset my password, and it told me my email was invalid. I'm obviously not able to log in there either, or on the forums.

Does anyone know why this is happening or how I can fix it?

Also should mention there's been no attempts to change my password or make any other changes to my account from what I can see on my email.

For anyone coming in, the long-matching bug is a very known issue that currently does not have a guaranteed fix. Try flipping through different servers on your launcher to attempt to fix it.

yep, can't group with friends. get stuck on matching for over 15 minutes with no match, but solo is under 2 mins queue

both tried queueing at the same exact time, too, and we spawned in different raids right away, so there's obviously nothing with that

oof i did an account reset because my inventory was fucked and submitted a bug report as well, it said it wiped my account and gave me the 3 week timer to do it again and it didnt actually do it lmao

Hey guys, I can't get borderless window to work. It's either windowed or full screen.
I've tried various combinations of the three modes in the launcher along with the 'fullscreen' toggle in-game, and using alt+enter
I'd appreciate a fix that doesn't require me to use the borderless gaming app
