I've heard that it sometimes can take a bit for the email to get sent. I've seen some people wait up to 3 hours, I think I had to wait about 15m and it originally was sent to my spam folder.

Other than doing the removal of the client and what I suggested would. I'm guessing you have enough storage for it to write back to. Otherwise it'll be something dumb with DNS or something. Although I would suggest the removal due to the age of the client it's trying to pull down.

and relaunch your launcher
you have to relog in a few times
as your logins may get rejected
but once you're login is accepted, it should start the update.

Player base shrunk for EFT months ago so drives shrunk servers to save Money/resources little did they know .12 has been hyped so much and advertised everywhere that it’s making large amounts of player come back to the game and the servers can’t handle the sheer volume of people trying to log in at once on top of download the update
