I am having an issue relating to the flea market. I put up at least 8 defibrillators on the flea market for 469,998 rubles last night, and I come back to see no messages in regards to it selling, or the items returning back to me. I don't see them listed on the flea market anymore too. Is there a way to resolve this due to it being a common glitch?

yes, there is nothing from the Ragman messages that even mentions that I sold the items, or even that they existed
and on my list they don't exist. I can do a max of 3 items, and I put 3 more up, and things sold, and Ragman informed me. I received from him, and the defibs didn't show up
I did a bug report, and the response was that they won't compensate me, since it would be a waste of time.
I am hoping there might be some trick to pop it back into existence or something. It is almost 4 million worth. I pretty bad at this game, so that is a lot of time I invested just gone.
I've had some issues with the flea market before where it wouldn't list my items, so I'd lose the fee for listing it, and the rep for it not selling, but at least I got the item back later on. This just flat out erased it.
Unlike previous issues where I'd put it up, and it wouldn't show up, my items were on the market for sure.

Hi, i have problems when starting a game with PMC. it crashes and gives me crash to dumpfile error.
I can reconnect and everything is fine.. just when starting a new game.
I can hear sound when spawning but dies in the loading menu "awaiting players"

@fallen blade When first loading a map do Alt+ Enter to make your game go into windowed mode. When you are in the game just press the combo again to get fullscreen. I also read that if you start your game in windowed through the launcher and Alt + enter when you are loading into the map it will fix crash issues.

@granite oracle i dont think it is your install, i believe it is the map it self since it is the biggest. If EFT is the only thing on the SSD there isnt much you can do, however if you have your OS or drivers on it as well update everything see if that helps, and lower your settings there is a guide out there to help with maximizing your FPS

Had a match today where an entire scav ai group and scav player group in the lower middle part of the map just all instantly dropped dead.

Can I please emphasise again the point that I made earlier in this channel about how annoying it is to have to wait an hour to be able to login to your account again even though you've typed your password in exactly as you stored it in your local notes, to ensure that this issue doesn't happen again. It gets really annoying when you have basically one attempt and then you have to wait for an entire hour, rather than waiting for five minutes... If something could be done about this please, I would greatly appreciate it 🙄

Furthermore, another family member wants to play and because I've gotten an hour wait timer (with no idea why it's an hour rather than five minutes), I believe her account has been hit by a maximum attempt count as well, even though they were already logged in, because when an attempt to login to their account on the website was made, it said that their account has also hit the maximum login attempt timer, even though their account was logged into already on the game client, and the same password was used to login to their account on the website, so I think these max login attempt timers hit logins from every account under one ip (when me and they are trying to play together)...
I would have assumed that once a password reset was completed the hour login timer would also disappear, because the password was reset, or if there is extreme paranoia about account security, then force the user to use 2FA and then have the one hour reset timer removed, because we just want to play, and considering the game itself is quite expensive I would have hoped there would be some kind of resolution to ensure we're back in the game ASAP rather than forcing us to wait, and also blocking all other account attempt logins from other users (e.g. like that from my family member), even though they've already successfully authenticated, for them to then be told that they've hit a max login attempt count....
Cheers if any support can be given, or if some of this is taken onboard in future patches (primarily the one hour login timer which is ridiculous, where something like five or ten minutes is much more acceptable, because bruteforcers wouldn't bother if there was even a thirty second timer for obvious reasons if you know about this kind of stuff).
Edit: Sure this is a bit of rant, but I just hope that an hour is moved down to five minutes, or ten minutes, and that others who are already authenticated aren't penalised because someone else using the same IP has made two unsuccessful login attempts 🤔 😃

@quartz oyster Hey pal, no I didn't reset my account at all, and lots of other people I asked from different sources confirmed that for me before I actually paid to upgrade my account. I don't think you should have to wait that long, I think if I remember rightly someone said that I had to wait a little while, but it wasn't that long. It was a little while ago now so I don't want to say anything that's wrong, but if it takes more than a day, then I would ask tech support to confirm that your account has been upgraded.

@quartz oyster you should be able to see whether the payment actually went through by checking the transaction history on the service which you used to pay for the account upgrade, although I imagine if it went through then you should be upgraded pretty soon.
You might have to restart the game before the items come through, or maybe not, I'm not sure, but as I say your best bet is to contact support at some point. 🤔
Sorry that it's taking you a while to get up and running, but it'll be worth it eventually with the Gamma container, that's for sure lol. The number of labs runs I've been able to do and get way more money is pretty intense :L (although when you continually die because you're really crap at the game [talking about me here], then you know 🤷 haha)

@pliant folio That kept on happening to me, so I emailed the support team about it (as that is what I was told to do pretty directly), and they haven't gotten back to me yet, but I imagine this problem is relatively widespread (in terms of geographical location). I imagine they'll work on it and ensure it doesn't keep happening to people. I mentioned reducing the timer that we have to sit out to something more appropriate (especially if you don't have much time to play), as well as some other things. Since you've also got this problem, it makes me feel a little better knowing that it isn't just me, and hopefully the more people that mention they have these issues the quicker it'll get fixed, being higher on the list of priorities! 🤔 😄

@quartz oyster It seems like the launcher sometimes takes a while to load all credentials after you have logged in. I've experienced the same in the past.
If that persists, try restarting the launcher, that usually helped in my case when it ever got hard-stuck.

It's getting quite frequent, every 2-3 raids when I'm moving gear about in my inventory it's giving me an error message then deleting the last 3-4 items moved, I lost minor things previous 2 times it happened but I lost an expensive m4 and 2 gen4s I was keeping to it, so it needs to be reported. It's only started happening since the last update

there have been times previously when i have gotten and error as well but it never deleted my item, just moved it back to its original spot. when you make the report are you able to recreate this and upload a 15mb video or even screen captures to help the team understand better whats going on.

it may help im not 100% sure but if you also attach your most recent log file when it does this that might help too
if you need help finding it you can find it in your local disk drive where you store your games i only have 1 drive so mine is in the default C: and then you click on battlestate games, EFT, Logs then find your most recent one mine was yesterday so i sort by the date click on yesterdays folder and there are your logs for the whole day however you may be able to get away with sending in the log it makes when you write down the time this happens. as well as your cache folder is in the EFT as well if you never need it

I’ve been playing EFF on high for a couple of months now, all of a sudden my game starts to crash when I attempt to play on high and the loading takes about 4-6 minutes to load, normally it would load at 1-2 minutes but lately I’ve been forced to play on low. Sometimes when i get into a raid i get this pale blue screen, somewhat similar to the skybox and i can't do anything. Started happening yesterday, when i load in nothing happens. I got a problem with my game. When I start a Raid after a while in the raid I get some kind of disconnect but I still can walk and interact with loot. The scavs walk at a spot or stand around. I cant exit or Quit the raid so I have to end the game. Also I cant rejoin after.

I got a question in terms of scavs aiming and where they're actually shooting
specifically when they are interacting with doors
Basically what happened was I peeked a left hand double door that was open while the scav sat behind the right hand double door that was closed.
He was aiming somewhat towards the ground, facing the door, but still landed several shots and a headshot on me-again, despite his gun not being pointed at the door.
Is this similar to when the scavs try to kick the door open and instead wind up kind of "locking" their models in place before resuming their original position, or was I just lagging?

@past comet where do you have your game installed? Do you have a SSD? If you do. Did you install your game on it? If you didn't, you might want to do so.
Also. You can have the Launcher of BSG in your SSD but if you have your actual game "EFT" in yoir Hard Drive you will have a lot of stutters and huge waiting while loading in raids.
@harsh horizon happens the same with me. It might be an issue with the server. The server might be having issues. Or your connection dropped at that moment and made you desync.
Try Alt+F4 out of the game and reconnect back.

Hmmm... I recommend cleaning or transferring some of your files into your hard drive(if you have one) except for the launcher and the game.
The more space you have in your SSD the faster the loading into a game, as well as some stuttering improvements. But it might not fix your fps drops.
Also. Dont Alt+tab from tarkov. For most PC builds it will freeze the game and not work for a while

Like I said. It might be some optimization issues. But cleaning your ssd should definitely help with loading faster into raids and some stuttering inside the raid. And concerning fps. You might want to lower your graphics for now and close other applications while playing tarkov. Until they release the next patch which should improve performance thanks to some improvements to the bushes and environments inside raids.

Found a maybe fix for being stuck on get ready page
go to whatever drive you have my documents F:\Core Computer Files\Documents\Escape from Tarkov
and delete your Local.ini and shared.ini
i got past the get ready page the accept button worked finallly
(backup the ini files if y our scared)
