Hi there - my dad's playing EFT on his macbook pro using parallels and he gets these errors in the console continually:
Any kind of advice would be fantastic, but he also uses 8gb ram on his parallels VM, and I know the game can take more and it says in task manager that he has like less than 10MB ram spare, but there's a few gigs that are cached, so I'm not sure if anything could be done to help him please? 😃

As far as I understand your comment you're saying that because osx handles applications differently to windows, i.e. not using executables etc, that's the intention of the developer of the program, if they released a mac client I'm sure the performance would practically be equal... e.g. steam on mac runs just the same as the windows version does.... it's the lack of devs producing mac ports for the windows program

Literally since the performance update today i cant load in to any map, ive been lucky and loaded into factory as a scav once, but still even then going in as a hatchling to factory i cant load in anymore, ive reinstalled twice and even completely uninstalled the tarkov launcher, but ive lost literally both of my best gearsets to this and the game never gave them back

Thx for the reply. Yea tried as admin. And it works fine with other games so dont know if its an external application. Also tried with most processes closed,didnt had any effect, but like after restart it works for some reason.

There's a reproducible bug that pops up every few patches that if you open the game under certain circumstances or if you alt-tab and do a major system operation the game will just semi-randomly boot you to desktop. Restarting the computer usually fixes it.

hit the " ~" key in game and type " FPS 2" and you will be able to see all the server connection info. if something like NET MS drops to 0.00 you are likely out of sync with the server. There are a bunch of things I don't understand about all the numbers but you will get a feel for "okay" and "not okay " numbers as you kinda keep an eye on them,.

In my experience it's usually caused by some amount of server desynch, so you're connection to the server or just the server coulda' been extra fucky.

Is there a fix somehow to get the correct display ratio or resolution from barters? Running ultrawide and whenever I want to check a weapon and remove certain mods to it, I can't see the X to close the window. The UI is really off. This came with the latest patches. Worked well in 0.9. Now the scaling is really off, also with sights if you remove back sight, the gun aims like 5 meters above the actual ironsight.
Anyone know any fix for this? Really annoying and it worked before the patches.

Just as an update to the quarantine key, it came back but it has a weird string of characters for the name. It still opens the door though. It also looks like keys have a new tag on them that determine whether or not they can be sold on the market?
