My friend has been having an issue where almost every raid he cannot sprint or he will keep rubberbanding to the same place, he has to walk or crouch walk to actually go somwehere. Is there a way we can fix this? he has 16GB of RAM so that should not be the issue.

for me what fixes it is tabbing into tarkov while it loads and giving it higher priority in task manager (preferably through process lasso so it persists)
and for watching a video i do it on my second monitor anyway

what causes it is the game freezing during creating loot pools and moving over to synchronizing with other players, but it cant synchronize because the game is frozen and tabbing in allocates more resources to it i guess?

That error means you need to log out and log back in, your session has expired

But you should disable mip streaming if you have it enabled

You can do this from the Settings.ini file in your %appdata% folder without opening the game

My friend who is new to the game keeps crashing no matter what map he tries to load in on. The game just abruptly closes and says it terminated with an error and asks him if he wants to report but does not provide an error code. I've had him verify integrity of game files, and clear the cache and still no luck. Any ideas?

He suffers the same issue on arena as well and does not have issues with other games. It is a tarkov only issue.

I would do a fresh Windows install, update drivers and only install what is really necessary, like drivers, the game, discord and then start to experimenting.

Hello, I play with a duo, and every time we queue, they consistently load in two full minutes later than I do. This scales with the map (e.g. factory could be 20s, woods could be 200s). I’ve gone through and compared our specs, and we both have the game and our OS installed on comparably fast SSDs, and decently similar PCs - not to the point where that much of a difference would exist. It makes it impossible to run places like Lighthouse because of spawn killing

It’s not really feasible for my friend to just upgrade their PC at the moment; could I solve this issue by putting my Tarkov on a slower SATA drive?

I’ve had experiences where no verification happened for two days. Do you have a secondary verification set with BSG (Google. Proton, Microsoft)? Double check actually email, spam folder, any email filters. Good luck!
