So I have a networking issue with specifically Arena. Connected to North American servers only with no background network processes I get 200-400 ping and disconnects with major rubber banding and hit register issues (Entire magazines not registering known because of end screen damage display) on every game mode. Mexico it is the same. This prevents me from playing Arena. On regular Tarkov this is not an issue and lag is short lived or sporadic. Low ping with no packet loss and good hit reg is the norm on Central Tarkov Servers which i have selected. I have tried redirecting DND to cloud flare. google. Reset router, watch network processes, check congestion on other devices and disable other devices with internet. Nothing works. Any help?

Ensure your BIOS and chipset drivers are up to date, make sure XMP/DOCP/EXPO is enabled in BIOS for your RAM, enabled ResizableBAR and go through your 3D settings in Nvidia control panel and optimise for performance

Around 100 is about what I would expect for your system without using anything like ReBAR/AFMF, the latter you can't use due to your GPU

it helped maybe like 20 people overall

for that u have to have 64GB ram free on your drive, where tarkov is installed

If "nothing happens" when you try to install, and just see the install button again, with no progress after confirming the location to install, choose any folder within C:\Program Files (x86)\ like "EFT" in there and start the launcher as administrator. That location has less permissions and will work.
