So basically if he wants to play the other he has to reinstall it knowing he'll just have to reinstall again. Tried downloading in different folders.

Yeah. It can be a few things but it's mainly associated with faulty RAM or a GPU instance.

You can try the following

1. Run a Memory Diagnostic (Type Windows Memory Diagnostic in the windows search). It will check your RAM.

If that isn't faulty, then scan your computer using Command prompt
2) chkdsk /r (this scans the entire system)
SFC scans windows system files

If both of those are okay, then it's your PSU

hey everyone, I've been having an issue for the past day and a half where, despite having access to arena, every time i try clicking the arena portion of the launcher, the license agreement freezes and states it is unable to connect to the server. The regular game works fine and is completely playable. I've reinstalled the launcher, completely uninstalled and reinstalled everything, disabled antiviruses and firewalls, and nothings worked.
