I get constant crashes (especially on streets) whenever i enable xmp. With xmp disabled i don't have that problem. (32 gb ram 3200, 5800x3D, 5700xt, m2 ssd.) My ram speed is at 2133 mhz, i'd like to use my full ram speed but i keep getting those crashes. Is there a way to fix this ?

XMP prfile is a relatively unstable setup, you may need to manually configure ram, something which you can use a ram calculator for. It requires a lot of testing, and make sure it does not overheat your processor. The crashes are most likely related to memory issues, and with paging file enabled, conflict could be enhanced further

I wanna make this "testing" factual and bring data. Please give me the reason why my Cable line ADSL+ isn't reliable for BSG game and instead the 4G of a stupid mobile phone does work.. at least at the first try... why???

I even noticved that on one server in the launcher I reach 55 Ping while instead I never get lower of 60 Ping if I am connected via cable on the main ISP in this place I am at.

I wanna test further with the mobile.. but this is just crazy

I also wanna know if too much MB\GB are going to get consumed because of course I have a xx amount of GB max to be consumed with the mobile so...
But if this works then.. it might be a temporary solution

I tested the Mobile tethered line and I saw that compared to my cable ADSL+ my mobile tethered reaches 24Mbps (10 more then adsl+) with a 4g cabled via USB theter...

and in upload (which is important).. I get around 1Mbps in cabled ISP basic one at home while instead with the Tethered mobile ISP connection I get (coupled with 24Mbps DL) an average of 1.5Mbps.. so the mobile is better.

So this might be just a not enough strong connection for the game which is clearly too heavy I guess...

Any game 16gb of good latiency is quite enough... ppl are just crazy. It's a mix of hw composition not just rams. Rams is useless if one doesn't have the right GPU (which also has the VRAM...) and CPU ... & proper settings)

However continuing on the mobile alternative thethered test at 1pm GMT so not a busy time for servers, I get worse connection if I ping .. or anyway not that great.

I wasn't using the tethered connection... my pc was using both tethered and not tethered, jumping from one to the other connection. And like this making the experience more stable.. I don't know if this exists.. but it seems so.

It's the second time I scav in Street of Tarkov.. it wasn't really possible just randomly before and the game was stable also. If I set AUTO or select two servers here in both cases it worked. it took maybe 4 minutes but it worked.

One thing I noticed is that seems devs have changed 40\50 time to 35 minutes in raid. so it must be to declog players from being all loaded together which is what surely is a source of internet issues due to game and general netcode design which will stay until they remake the whole game (not gonna happen I guess ... unless move to unity engine I don't know .. this stuff)

The change I have introduced is this one: I have added a thjetered USB connection from my mobile but the game seems to still suck the data via my main cabled ethernet port (both are connected during gameplay and generally now).. infact I have no data consumption but what happen is taht as a matter of fact there are no issues at connecting... unless something has been introduced over night by BSG this seems a solution so far for me.. I need to test further though...

I dnt use amd, but sharpening depends on the textures quality and also from the resolution u use.. as the game is going also to saturate colors apparently.. so if u use not 1080 but higher consider turning down the sharpness as far as I can see... However you should consider online consulting some AMD advise for what graphics settings to use depending on your setup HW config and of course taste.

Yes, I really do mean pick you have Nvidia even if you have AMD, to be 200% clear. If you don't choose this it removes nothing for nvidia, which the cause of the problem is lingering nvidia items.

I just can confirm the long time to wait after a raid comes from BSG not having enough servers to grant a proper performance and the service it should grant.
When it's peak hours like now, my wait time is around 60 seconds after a raid

when it's low time, so around 1pm or late morning my wait time is 6 seconds... so it's just BSG, and people not making things transparent like streamers (payed to shut up and shut down anything) are the problem.
Why they don't offer a service? What are they doing? Are they planning some special realease all of a suddena and soon?

My game also crashed it is the third or 4th I ever had with the game.. all in the last month after 4 years. It's a sort of freeze. and the game asks for reporting it all the time so the game is aware of it.

BUG report - If using DLS +DLRS with higher resolution so with 3k stuff on a 1440 p standard resolution originally of mine, I have always the Repair window opening with the lower part button outside of thes creen so I have to reach for the top of the window to drag the window and have the button in view to click. This is not ok, just like the fact that since years we have with big monitors suck the "low resolution" of other people. If you have a big screen give us big tetris or forget about programming.

I've read so many posts and none of them seems to have the same problem I do.

So since this wipe i have the problem that after sometime in the raid my whole PC not just Tarkov but my whole pc starts lagging like crazy, just when i restart my PC its all back to normal, i can go in the raid for a few minutes, and it starts again, this started to appear like 2 weeks in the wipe.

I had the game optimized through the usual programs Process lasso etc and everything was working fine.

i formatted Windows because of this issue and still nothing changed.

i noticed trough fps2 i get the packet loss icon and a very high PlayerRTT then my fps drop in the single digits

havent done a stability test, but temps are always in view, 50-56 gpu 70-78 cpu celsius water cooled but shortly after like 5 seconds this occurs the cpu temp goes down signif. like down to 50 celsius

How do you use the Weapon stand? Lvl 1 completed so should have a 9x6 slot. Nothing when looking at a weapon offers to transfer it and when in hideout I just get the option to "Switch To"

And first back up these ini files by copying them to another folder on the desktop.

Try deleting graphics.ini first and try again, then delete the rest if you still have the problem.

If this doesn't fix the problem please paste the files you backed up to replace the files that took their place in that folder.

This error indicates 3rd party trying to access the same memory as the game, usually cheats, VPN, or drivers that are corrupt. Do full clean of drivers, amd cleanup, nvidia cleanup (recommend both due to PyhsX).

Since the Wipe and Patch 13.5, I have been unable to play "Streets of Tarkov" in any way. I can load into the map, and sometimes I can play it for a bit, but after a while, my entire PC freezes, and I have to reset it. This issue only occurs on Streets and not on any other map. It was working fine before the Wipe and Patch 13.5.

I have already tried everything I could think of. I am running Windows 11 with the latest updates, and all drivers are up-to-date. I increased the paging file size to 50 GB, but it still crashes. I updated my BIOS and changed every possible BIOS setting, whether overclocked or not, with XMP or without, but nothing changes the fact that my PC freezes on Streets and only on Streets. No other map or even other game causes this error.

Sometimes, I am even able to finish a raid without a crash, but today, I had three Scav runs on Streets, two of which crashed my PC.

My Hardware:

CPU: i9-12900k @ Stock, no OC
RAM: 32GB RAM - Tested with XMP and without, no changes
GPU: RTX 4090 - Drivers just updated
Power Supply: 1200W beQuiet
Game is installed on a PCI SSD, and the OS is on a separate PCI SSD

System SSD is an 970EVO M2 and Game SSD is a 970 EVO Plus M2 i dont know the speed out of my head.
My RAM runs default at 4800 Mhz and XMP is 6000 Mhz but as i mentioned on both modi it crashes

well I had the same problem as you. I bout M.2 SSD speed 7000+ and 32g RAM speed 3200 and somehow it works now. I think the speed of theM.2 is important

Can you go to Start (in Windows) > type "view reliability history" and see if there's any error entries for when you crash? Look at the details and look for the fault module name for a clue to what's causing it.

Disabling Bitdefenders Firewall fixed it but doesnt make any sense cause there is a rule in there to allow tarkov through the firewall

You should add the launcher and 2 game exes to the firewall
