If you experienced a BSOD again, tell us the exact stop code and what failed and I can better troubleshoot for you, but the main culprits are drivers not being fully up to date (This include CPU chipset drivers, even audio drivers), it could be an issue with memory, it could even be malware, without more information I am just stabbing in the dark

Personally I would get into the game, even though it's later in the wipe, it will give you a good understanding of the game and prepare you for a fresh wipe so you don't fall behind

Everything is obtainable through regular gameplay with standard edition, the other editions just give you a decent boost and a few time saves along the way like the fully upgraded stash, some extra starting gear, higher reputation with traders

Edge of Darkness also gives you the Arena game plus any extra DLC for free when it releases

So from what I am seeing these issues with Windows 11 are very common and there isn't really a fix right now other than disabling the driver in device manager for the windows hello stuff, pku2u should be disabled entirely for your system

There's lots of different things that could be affecting performance, like are all drivers up to date, do you have DOCP enabled on your memory? What performance do you currently get on the location?

Your system should be fine with high textures, for example my system, if I turn my textures down to medium I actually get less FPS than with them on high

Binaural audio can definitely affect frames on most systems, so that's an easy thing to turn off

When he had 16GB RAM it would stutter horrendously and would rubber band and sometimes just crash or kick him

If your system has those specs, you should have textures on high at the very least, having it set to low will actually impact your performance, it's more work for your CPU and your GPU just sits idle. You may also want to set up a page file and double check in AMD Ryzen Master or your BIOS if your RAM is running at the correct speed, ensure DOCP is enabled and if you have previously upgraded any hardware, it may be worth checking if you have any old drivers on that might be affecting performance, you can use a program called DDU to uninstall drivers easily. There's also a few other things we could look at after that

Your cpu is not ideal for Tarkov, speaking from experience with a 3600, 32GB of RAM and a page file will help, but a 5600 or a 5800X3D would massively improve performance

This happens to one of my mates, and it is based on his ISP or Level3 which is the connection between ISP and the fiber trunk. He loses packets and depending on what the server designates as too much loss or jitter, it will drop you.

If you are installing to another drive the temp folder of the launcher is on the drive the launcher is installed.

You could change the temp folder to be another folder on another drive like D:\TEMP
