You would be mainly attacking what is processing the database transaction so if there was somehow had command injection you could do that but I don’t think you could insert a payload into sql and it be bad in the database. You can have something like xxs stored in the database and the html page renders it though or a program gets that value from the database and the process of setting that value isn’t sanitized
