Ah, probably not serverless. So vercel will not be usable. Vercel is only for static site deployment or for edge functions (i.e. serverless) (unless they changed something since I last checked for the last person that asked the same question)

Nest? Again, nothing offered, it's a Node server framework, not a hosting platform.
As I told you in your other post, there's a lot of variables that go into hosting. AWS's EC2 and GCP's Compute Engine are two of the more popular choices, along with a DigitalOcean Droplet.
