#Override Global Validation Pipe for Controller

Hi all, the info I'm finding in the wild isn't encouraging, so I'm coming to the pros. I have global validation with both whitelist and forbidNonWhitelisted set true. I have a controller that I want to make this false for but it doesn't seem to be working and, from what I'm reading, this may not be so simple. Am I missing something simple, or does the reply here (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/56583609/how-can-we-override-the-global-validation-pipe-in-nestjs) still apply?

How can we override the global validation pipe in NestJs?

I have a code in which i have applied a global validation pipe in main.ts file like so:

const app = await NestFactory.create(AppModule);
app.enableCors();
// Ena...

There's no direct way to override a global pipe. What you can do is omit the type, or make the type for the @Body() (or whatever) non class-based so that the validation pipe can't automatically work
