Every time I make a change on any component, all the readme.md files on every component are modified (I don't understand why) and they appear on my list of changes on github desktop. This is driving me crazy. Please help.

Does it always change to the text on the right hand side, or does it toggle between the two there?
The "*Built with..." text on the right hand side of your diff has been in the code since v0.3.0. Are you setting a custom footer in your Stencil config by chance?
