I mean it doesn't fit anything I'm aware of in terms of not having large wings.
That's usually a feature of stuff like GLATGMs but they're not usually top-attack.

The launch tube isn't too dissimilar to some of the Chinese ones (but then again it's literally a tube), and they're generally a little wider with smaller wings @quaint nebula.
But they do very much still have wings.
LAHAT doesn't have wings and can be launched from the ground but that looks absolutely nothing like LAHAT.

Definitely not, Swingfire was wire-guided and far slower.
Sudan does have Swingfires but that doesn't fit the attack profile at all.
Also the launcher is totally wrong:
And here's the actual flight/launch profile of Swingfire, it's much lower, slower etc.
