So proud of this. Our campaign is set during war time over a valley. Our troops and the enemy’s keep moving and it was hard to keep track. So I made a close up map of the battle field on a cork board !! Sharpies and acrylic paint. Next I’ll add the names, and I’m using color coded pins to move along (red for artillerie, blue for mounted knights, purple for spellcasters etc...)

You can fully work with it for about 2 hours.

It's nice to manipulate arcana energies into forming weapons out of no where. In her case a Atma Bow with arsenal of different magical ammo types. Then later duel wielding energy blades. Not bad for a multi class level 20 high plane elf. :3 Great times.

Well she doesn’t watch Critical Role (I’ve tried to get her to do that), so I doubt that’s where she got her inspiration.
But she’s basically taken on the mantle of healing the entire team whenever needed. She hadn’t attacked even once when we came to the first boss battle, and at some point she said “Hmm... I’ll try to make an attack for the first time during this game.”
And she straight up killed the boss
Our Monk felt that it was a killsteal because he’d been slapping the HP out of that boss and drained him for 45 HP out of his 55

I feel ya there, I'm fine at sketching humanoids but my lizardfolk and tortles are way better.
I like it though. the hand is a bit stiff, but that's about it. Maybe the angle of the right leg could be shifted a bit to match their ankle a bit more. The lines are nice and dark and the armor is well designed.

Thanks! I recently just came back from the art stores with extra supplies. To make... A Mimic Book! Got a wooden case in a shape of a book, more acrylics, black hard foam and silver paint. Thinking of using it as some kind of miniature case. Mimic eyes being blue and the book casing being red.

has anyone tried to make The Xanathar Collector's Series Miniature? what was your solution to there being poor contact between the eyestalks and the head? how did you connect them? hobbie glue doesnt seem to be enough

You can try pinning? You'll need a fine bit hobby drill (Games Workshop sells them in the UK), some paper clips, some clippers and some superglue
You drill (carefully) into the stalk and into where it's supposed to go
You cut a small bit of paperclip and superglue it into one of the drilled holes, then apply some glue to the other end of the wire and insert that end into the second hole
It gives a good connection between the two pieces

Everything in WGTE was basically unplaytested UA content. when Eberron: Rising from the Last War releases, it will include the final versions of those character options. WGTE will be updated with the final versions of the already-included content (plus artificer with 1 subclass: alchemist) as well.
