I have perfect pitch and I play by ear so I never really tried learning sheet music but I think it would be good to learn it

As someone with perfect pitch who can both read sheet music and play by ear, here is my advice to you on how to learn the very basic concept of reading sheet music.

I suggest taking your knowledge of the notes and mapping them out onto the sheet music.

For example, take one of the notes you know, and sing it in your head.

Maybe you don't know its name, but you're gonna call it whatever you want, as long as you can identify it later.

Go to the piano, and use your perfect pitch to find the corresponding key that matches this note.

Do this for all the notes on the piano, and once you've mapped it all out in your head and you have a clear understanding of how your perfect pitch maps out onto the keys, go ahead and google search the note names on the keyboard.

Each key on the piano will correspond to a note name, and each note name will correspond to notation on a music sheet.

You just need to start by mapping out keys on the piano, and learning how they are written on a music sheet.

I will tell you this:

I have been playing piano since I was 6, and perfect pitch wasn't much help to me for a long time, so this process may be challenging for you. It all depends.
