#Fixing my cooked sleep schedule

Last month I had my exams, and I absolutely ruined the sleep schedule by sleeping on afternoons till 10 pm
Now that my exams are over and I'm doing year 10 on my own
I'm constantly waking up at 1 pm and last night I literally slept at 4😭
Yesterday I tried spending my afternoons without caffeine and succumbed to my beloved job: slumber
Someone suggested me morning caffeine intake and I tried that: but then I also felt sleepy in the noons
