There must be a reason for your demotivation which I don't think you've listed, or I'm just flat out stupid
Try to come over that
it's because you're overworking yourself
9-10 hours is more than you should be able to handle
burnout will make you underperform
And try your best to perhaps try and distract yourself from your problems, don't burden yourself and if you can, try and make something like a golden hour or 30 mins where you get your mind off things
And yes as helpun said, you are stressing yourselff

else you'll hab no dedication and will get poop results

dearest anon, i can relate to and understand exactly what you have expressed more than you know. some of the above responses mentioned overcoming the reason for your demotivation, which is a lot easier said than done. especially because most of the time, or atleast in my case, you dont know yourself why you are so demotivated because even you recognize yourself as the 'topper'. that turns out to be the reason for your demotivation; the fact that you are so accustomed to doing things last minute and still getting good grades, the way you know you dont have to work as hard as everyone else, and the perfectionism you have ensuring ur work is the best all end up leading to procrastination and avoiding work altogether. however, now that you know you are underperforming, you put off work altogether because you dont want to face the reality that now you will actually have to put in more effort to get your desired results. this is exacerbated by the fact your exams are in 2 weeks and now you feel like you have no time at all so you just end up doing nothing. when you have an issue as complex as this, you cannot define it by some black and white solution like distract urself or js do the work because even if those work, they are temporary. anon, i suggest you put your phone away, your laptop away, anything you dont need to study in order to limit the distractions you have from your goal. even if you need your device to watch yt study videos or smth, turn on those app restricters which dont let you open ig, discord, etc. that works best for me. other than that, you need to understand cambridge marking and mocks markings end up surprising you. sometimes you get so bad in school and expect the worst, but cambridge ends up marking a lot more leniently. other times, your school inflates ur grades in mocks leading to dissapointment in ur offical grade. i think its good that ur school has strict graded mocks because if you have an A now, it will InshAllah be an A* in your caie.
However, i can understand still wanting to get a distinction because A* is not the goal for you, it is the standard. you need to understand that in order to acheive a distinction, you need to work for the best absolute A* you can get. After that, distinction or no distinction is up to Allah because cambridge can be very unfairly selective with who they give their distinction to. My friend got a distinction without even studying for it or wanting it, least of all expecting it. He just had a source of motivation to get an A* and the distinction came outta nowhere. So dont worry, you got this.
You are HARDLY alone in this and even though that might not mean much because you do not hold yourself to the same standards as everyone else, you need to understand that other people, like myself, who hold others at a lower standard than themselves, are also going through this demotivation and struggling to fight through
this demotivation is natural and it is a mixture of burnout from being a naturally academic gifted child mixed with the low attention spans that have been cultivated because of the saturation of media and have fried ur brain and distracted u from reaching ur true potential
you know all this already, face it instead of ignoring it and get to work dawg.
