Practical in a few hours, pls help im panicking

so hii, this is my first question here
i got a physics practical, my first gradable one actually and im panicking!!
i hate practicals mostly because of the anxiety that comes in and makes me forget everything
so does anyone have any tips on how to calm down before an exam??
