can we conduct an audit in pins of study channels and resources channels to remove outdated/deleted/corrupted content, files or drive links?? ||by "we" i meant "you" and by "you" i meant the ppl in charge :>||

if any files like that are found you can ping the moderators and ask them to unpin/remove from resource channels

that is true, but most people dont do that, i think you can assign few mods to go through the subjects
