Tbh going thru the sm thing, js a whole rut. I do encourage u go on a walk and try and make it more frequent and do not listen to music while doing so, try and switch ur phone off by bedtime hour n jettison it in another room or space and read or meditate or even pray 2rakaa+ tahseen (wtv it is u do to clear ur mind) until u feel sleepy, at last. Repeat this a couple of nights and see ur sleep schedule get better. Also to help staying grounded u could delete apps that keep u distracted such as tiktok, Instagram etc. And ye..my advice wish u great luck 🙂

What elarim said, also: try praying tahajjud, it's a life changer. Try listening to some calming quran recitations specifically "Ruqyahs for depression" you will find many on yt. About feeling tired when waking up, you might want to check your diet and find out if you have any nutritional deficiencies that are making you feel that way. See each day as a new opportunity that Allah gave you to ask for forgiveness, to pray, to make du'a, to improve yourself. He will certainly reward you for your efforts and your suffering.
