my comfort ramen recipe:(serving one person)
IN A SAUCE PAN
drizzles some olive oil (remember folks olive oil when cooking get heat very fast so keep the flame to the lowesttt)
chopped 3 garlic cloves (fry until they slight brown and smells good)
green onions white part sliced and a bit of green part (to make the borth amazin and rich u have to have nive quantity of sliced or chopped green onions trust me)
make that aromatic oil (make sure its still low flame)
add a spoon of red chili flakes (how u like your spice)
if u are using any noodles ( i use indomie btw u can u use any) they give the oil packet nows the time to add it
sizzle it a bit and then add water enough much u want your broth to be i add like 1 & 1/2 cup somtimes 2 cups too depends on my mood
-now make the flame high and add the seasoning packets of your noodles
red chili powder .soya sauce , vinegar, u can add garlic powder and onion powder too for much flavour , chili sauce if u wanna , oregano or herbs whihc are dried.
give it a stir and add your sausages
NOW TRUST ME ADD THEM frozen yani dont fry them just slice them make slashes and add in the hot broth
this will make the sausages juicyy and very soft warm and flavorfull
-add the rest green onions
if u like cheese i add heloumi cheese in it if u want to aswell now is the perfect time to
make it boil soo good tht the sausages are fat and juicy
now add you noodles
cook them until the "Al dente"
means not soggy nor cooked much nor over cooked
now if u like like tofu u can add it when u add noodles together
now when u think u can take it out and eat do so
