If you've reached the point where you're self harming
You need to see a therapist
ye had a frnd who used to commit self harm. but one day he just stopped. overcame this habit from parental therapy i presume. a true giga chad. isnt even insecure abt it no mo.
self inflict harm in my opinion shoudnt be taken lightly. Some nowadays do it to look cool. yes believe it or not. but for serious cases yes a therapist is a must but if that is not an option find someone online. you have access to all of these websites, social media and literally whatnot
shouldn't be done for any reason
