BRUH GO TO A DOC
go see a professional
i am assuming you're medically diagnosed by a qualified psychiatrist/psychotherapist, so first thing is to actually listen to the advice they give you, don't just dismiss it in hopes of a hail mary solution that would solve all your problem
second is to definitely discuss your learning disabilities with your teachers, they will be able to act accordingly and provide assistance to your special case
third is to be consistent with your medications and schedule regular revisions with your psychiatrist/psychotherapist regarding the progression of your treatment
last and most obvious one is: don't push yourself too hard. as a person with ADHD and Autisim(assuming you have high-functioning Autisim for the sake of the argument) you're much more susceptible to stress which is the last thing you want to associate with a positive habit meant to be done in the long term. so take things slow and study smart in your own way
you got this anon, good luck
No way you wrote all of that
