Ik this cool down is necessary but can you reduce the timing to about 5 minutes because some students might have questions every few minutes if they are doing a paper and would like to ping helpers

Maybe to five minutes or less to about 2 minutes

If they're asking questions within 5 mins surely the helper will see both together

Sure it's annoying when you're trying to get things done but remember someone's voluntarily helping you

Well if I was helping somebody I only come to channels when there is a ping
