Mechanics have seperate channel
@unborn mason I think it may be a technical problem that caused you to not have the access. I will manually add u there. Also, for CS, I do not think that there would be enough demand to make two channels.
Like they both individually may be dead
I think the fact about having separate channels for cs is a good idea tho, cuz for cs, the topics for both papers arent related, so it would more organized and convenient during exam times

True I will consider doing that but tbh as a mod have too many channels to manage 💀
Well yeah theres alot of channels!, maybe adding another one wouldnt be a much trouble ig?
, and it would helpful too
True I guess
yeah but the reasons mech and stats is separated is because they can be taken in AS or A2 and that means both roles need access to the channels
Yep this is true
But in CS there's honestly no connectivity whatsoever between the theory and programming parts
If the new channel ends up being dead we'll just revert to the way it was
Note that this won't happen for other subjects @acoustic barn @unborn mason @elder fog
Ohh i seee
Ayts
yeah but so do practical papers of sciences, that doesnt justify a diff channel
I agree, The programming and theory papers have completely different content
Wait mech and stats already have seperate channels, why is he asking for those?
No he's comparing
Oh ok
Like math already has so compsci should too
Yeah I agree
Each of phy chem bio paper components have same syllabus so it makes sense that each of those subjects have only 1 channel
?
Yeah I agree
Other subjects that have different papers on different topics are just dead
Like English literature for example
have you added me manually to mech and stats
it would be really helpful
anyways I don't do CS
just do /roles and add the AS Math role to yourself and you should be able to see the mech and stats channels
Mech & stats is in one role
thanks
