Okay so 2 eggs

Break it into some container

#

Whisk with a fork or if you're fancy then a whisk for a while

Till you can see a bit of froth

Yes it's an arm workout

Add one tsp of milk (for the fluffiness), some salt, ground pepper, herbs if you have any

Depending on your spice tolerance, finely chopped chillies, but I don't do spice so I skip that
Also be careful with chopped chillies they're p spicy cuz the seeds are out

Onions/ scallions, tomato, capsicum chop into fine pieces, just a bit would do like a small bit honestly there isn't much egg to hold it

#

Take a small pan, heat it up, pour like a tsp and a half of oil

Wait for a few, place your hand just above it to check the heat

Once it's hot enough, add the eggs with the veg
