I've seen kids study for a month or two 6 hours a day with superior learning methods and getting str8 As and A*s, and I've also seen kids studying for 7-8 months for 8 hours a day (tuitions and school incl) and getting Bs and Cs. Other factors also come into play. Only you can really answer the question for yourself.
