Ok so I was thinking of not responding at all, but i just wanted an excuse to procrastinate and this is the best one ive found. hamza, I agree with you saying that it may be beneficial to some by giving their life meaning, and literally no-one has a problem with that. The problem begins when people start believing in religion dogmatically, in that they believe their religion is the only correct one and that all religions are incorrect or degeneracy straying from the true path. Now this still wouldn't be too much of a problem if these types of people would be a minority, but they aren't. A majority of religious people hold this belief and because of this, they are prone to hatred on religious lines and tend to act irrationally in favour of their religion, disregarding whether or not this lines up with actual real world facts.
