so travel and tourism as it's name says its about travelling and tourism
basically , you will learn the different types of jobs in the world of tourism , why do tourists travel(different types of tourists) , you will also learn about tourism destination , cruises and planes
you learn about the impact of tourism on people and to the country in general
additionally , you will learn how travel and tourism organisations market their products and services
in CIE level you won't have course work BUT in AS/A2 level you will have a course work to do (which is really stressful)

travel and tourism will not simply give you a job in the travel and tourism sector like everyone says you can get other jobs with it
and personally, i found travel and tourism really informative and interesting as it resembles business and it allowed me to learn more on the procedures to follow when travelling and what to do and what not to be done (ps: i never travelled neither by plane nor by ship in my life)

but yeah it is really a really interesting subject if you are thinking of working in the business world later on

at AS and A2 level it is same as CIE but with a little more detail and a big course work to return which you will do in group in class But i think their is one part where you will have to return it individually
