My theory for Ravonna's secret is that she is actually a Kang variant too. This would kind of be a parallel to Loki and Sylvie being variants and also this could make the Kang problem go away
The Kang problem being the uncertain outcome of Major's trial, if they really have to recast they can just make Ravonna the Kang which will be in Avengers

He’s such a hard character to recast because the only thing the Kangs have in common to tell you they’re a Kang IS that they’re played by the same actor hahaha

I feel like it's the opposite, imo Kang is the only character which can be recast easily since it's been established variants don't have to look the same
Plus I don't think there even has to be an in universe explanation given the circumstances. They didn't give explanation for Rhody.
