@tulip owl When was the last date it was working for you? I'm wondering if this got broken after a hot fix update by us or the OS update by Meta. That would be the first place I'd like to start troubleshooting.

@tulip owl Hmm... we haven't added any new fixes or updates since the 11th, so I'm wondering if there is an OS conflict. Since we're pushing the limits on the headset, it makes sense. We tried to anticipate all issues prior to the update since we had access to it early, but it seems something was missed. I'll discuss it with the team tomorrow when we return to the office.
