Weapon Hit Registration Problems with Fast Attack Speed

Some weapons don’t work well if they hit too fast, like the dual warglaive and the dual cutlass. Also, sometimes the katana doesn’t register hits when using enchantments that increase attack speed.

with help from samiel I found what was causing this, it is forgery's "extra.source_dependent_iframes"
setting this from "true" to "banned" will fix this issue
